By using Pull.Fun, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pull.Fun.

Pull.Fun allows you to buy, sell, and trade authenticated physical trading cards, open gacha packs with provably fair draws, store cards in our insured vault, and request physical delivery.

All draws are final and non-refundable. Odds are displayed transparently and update in real-time as cards are drawn from the pool. Randomization is cryptographically secure.

Platform fees apply to marketplace sales. Redemption fees and shipping costs apply when requesting physical delivery. All fees are displayed before confirmation. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and review.

Cards in our vault are insured and stored in a climate-controlled facility. You retain ownership of your cards. We act solely as custodian.

You may not use Pull.Fun for fraud, money laundering, wash trading, multi-accounting, or any illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Pull.Fun is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for fluctuations in card market value. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have deposited in the preceding 12 months.
